Beauty of tollywood Anushka has bagged a big offer. She as signed up to play the female lead in Mani Ratnam’s next film. She has allotted bulk dates for the project.
Versatile south Indian director Mani ratnam is said to be waiting for the consent of three big heroes of Kollywood. Vijay, Vikram and Arya are about to sign a project, which is rumored to be an Rs 200 cr’s film. The three stars will be appearing in the film in certain cameo characters. The main lead will be played by Telugu actor Mahesh Babu who is said to be charging Rs 12 crores for this 2 years long project.
Meanwhile, here is the latest news that Anushka Shetty will be acting as female lead in the movie ‘Ponniyin Selvam’. She ahs signed the project and is happy to work with Mani ratnam.
According to sources, Vijay will be playing vital roles of warrior of the rival kingdom and Arya is said to play the role of an emperor as well. The movie is based on the historic fiction of “Ponniyin Selvan” and will be dealing with the story of Raja Chola in the movie.
Kalanidhi Maran of Sun pictures is said to be produce this movie and Vikram will be portraying a character known as Selvan in the film.
